We have enjoyed several trips in the UK and Europe by train and they seemed too good to keep to ourselves. Arrive at York
visiting the city centre and Minster should leave the station by the
main exit and turn left. Those visiting the National Railway Museum
(free entry, so OK for a brief visit) can go via the direct exit from
the station footbridge
section of the train journey on the East Coast Main Line is in FirstClass. Catering is included in the ticket price but is fairly minimalon Saturdays. You can probably expect coffee and cake on the outward
journey and tea and cake on return. The FoodBar is also open if you
wish to buy something in addition and is not far from our coach.
